Storage fees are applicable on the following basis:

- An administration fee of RM 100.00 (one-time) is charged for a customer's first storage program with BSM - subsequent programs won't incur this fee.
- You can view your items for free once within 30 days of opening your BSP account. Subsequent viewings, or viewings after 30 days, incur a RM 100.00 fee per viewing.
- The minimum storage fee is RM 200.00 - if the calculated fee for a period is less, the minimum applies.

Opening a BSP Account
- To start storing your silver and gold with BSP, contact us by calling +603-8080 9388 or emailing admin@bsm.my.
- Attach a photocopy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport - front & back - for identification purposes.
- There's no minimum purchase required to join BSP - start with as little as 1 oz of silver or gold, though a minimum fee applies.
