Shipping & Self-Collection Policy
Arranging for Self Pick Up
Self collection is available. You can pick up your order at our office Monday-Friday, 3pm-5pm. Outside this window, an advance appointment with our representative is required.
Bring your original MyKad for verification during collection. For purchases above RM15,000, we may request a copy of your MyKad for our records. Foreign customers must bring their original passport - international driving licenses are not accepted, and we'll keep a copy of the passport on file.
If you'd like to authorize someone else to collect on your behalf, the following criteria must be met - otherwise we reserve the right to reject collection by the authorized person:
- Payment must be made via bank transfer only - for credit card/cheque transactions, self-collection is strictly by the purchaser only (see Payment Policy).
- The purchase amount (or combined total across orders) must not exceed RM15,000.
- Since the purchaser can't collect in person, they must email a copy of their own MyKad and the authorized person's MyKad to admin@bsm.my in advance.
- The authorized person must bring the order number as reference during collection.
Orders for self collection must be picked up within 5 days, otherwise a storage fee will apply in accordance with the BuySilverMalaysia Storage Program.
Select "Self Collect at HQ Office" at checkout. We'll message you once your order is ready - please contact us at least 24 hours ahead to book an appointment. All pick-ups are strictly by appointment, since your order needs time to prepare.
There is no shipping fee for self pick up.
Shipping Carriers
Delivery is made using PosLaju Malaysia. Every delivery comes with a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
Delivery Tracking Number
Your tracking number is emailed once available - we usually ship within 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed. It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in Poslaju's system, as they typically key in codes at the end of the day.

Packaging
All orders are packed discreetly. Small orders go in quality imported padded envelopes; large orders are boxed with sufficient protection for your investment.
Receiver's Responsibility
It's the customer's responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment - we can only ensure delivery to the address supplied at checkout. We recommend using a work/office address over a residential one.
Please make sure your shipping address is completely accurate - we're unable to take responsibility for inaccurate information.
Shipping Nationwide in Malaysia
We ship throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
Shipping starts from RM12.50 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM13.50 for Sabah/Sarawak, calculated automatically at checkout based on weight/quantity.
Delivery Durations
Once payment is confirmed, delivery is usually within 5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia, and up to 7 business days for Sabah/Sarawak (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Pre-order items ship once we receive stock from our suppliers - delivery times are estimates only, and can run longer during price rushes due to international shortages.
