• Buying and selling of silver & gold is not regulated by any statutory body - but where a silver & gold trading or investment scheme clearly offers investment opportunity by collecting deposits from the public and promises investment returns/profits within a certain period, whereby the original investment is refunded, the company involved may be engaged in illegal deposit-taking under section 25(1) of the Banking And Financial Institutions Act 1989 (BAFIA), subject to Bank Negara Malaysia's investigation.
• The website owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.
• Rolling Silver Holdings Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to any civil, criminal or disciplinary proceedings for the disclosure of any information in any report of suspicious transactions made in good faith, and reserves the right to disclose information or produce documents in its possession to the relevant statutory authorities when required to do so.

Authentification Test

• We offer several non-destructive bullion testing methods that measure material characteristics of a given sample and evaluate whether the results fall within acceptable material tolerances characteristic of the bullion type tested.
• The testing criteria and relevant acceptable tolerances are determined at our sole discretion and may be modified from time to time without prior notice. Bullion that passes our testing machines is considered by us to be genuine.
• We do not buy, sell, or store any bullion that fails the test and/or is not deemed genuine.
• We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage - including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, contracts, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation - whether foreseeable or not, arising from any act or omission in the testing services we provide.

Market Loss Policy

• When you buy from BuySilverMalaysia.com and we have issued an Order confirmation number, you have a binding contract - the transaction price is locked in and any corresponding market risk is transferred to you.
• This is a benefit to you because your price is known at confirmation time - one of the key benefits of transacting with BuySilverMalaysia.com. If you default in your performance of payment, we may cancel your order(s).
• Any market gain on order cancellations shall vest in and remain the property of BuySilverMalaysia.com, and BuySilverMalaysia.com shall have no responsibility to you for market gain. We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time and for any reason.

Force Majeure
