The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is an act enacted by the Malaysian government in 2010 to protect individuals' personal data in commercial transactions. PDPA came into force on 15th November 2013. BuySilverMalaysia.com has been fully compliant since February 2014. We also ensure physical and logical security measures are in place so that all information and IT infrastructure systems are adequately protected from a variety of threats.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, MyKad or passport number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
