How group-buy style Deals work, from minimum quantity to payment.
What are Deals?
From time to time, BuySilverMalaysia.com runs Deals - discounts, value-for-money bundles, special gift sets, limited edition items and more.
How does a Deal work?
Each Deal requires a minimum quantity of valid purchases within a given time frame. If that minimum is reached in time, the Deal is on - if it isn't, the Deal is dropped.
Who can participate in a Deal?
Anyone can contribute toward the minimum purchase quantity - only orders with valid payment made are eligible for the count.
What happens if the minimum quantity is reached?
The Deal is on! You'll be informed via email, and we'll ship your order within the estimated shipping date.
What happens if the minimum quantity is not reached?
The Deal is off, and we'll refund your money.
How would I be charged if I pay by credit card?
If you pay by credit card, we charge immediately. If the Deal ends up off, we'll refund your money accordingly.
How would I pay if I opt to pay by Bank Transfer?
Same as any other product: bank in via online transfer or ATM within 30 minutes for gold products and 2 hours for silver products. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment doesn't arrive within that window. If the Deal ends up off, you can have your funds refunded to your BuySilverMalaysia.com store credit for future purchases, or request a cheque.
